Dear Commissioner Conway:
I serve as Executive Director of the National Alliance of Life Companies (the NALC), a trade group of more than fifty life insurance companies and associates that represents the interests of small and mid-sized insurers and their policyholders.
This letter responds to the Third Party Data and Models (H) Task Force (H) Committee’s request for comments to the proposed 2024 Work Plan Exposure Draft (Work Plan).
We appreciate the leadership that you and other members of the Task Force are committing to this project. We look forward to participating in the Task Force process this year, as small and mid-sized life insurers offer an important perspective regarding this work.
